Yamhill County Circuit Court Judge Cynthia L. Easterday has been a guiding influence as we have developed A Family Place.
“Three years ago I started meeting with other community leaders in living rooms and coffee shops to discuss the rate of child abuse in Yamhill County,” says Easterday. “Yamhill County has 7% higher abuse rates than the state average.
“Today I am proud to invite you to the Grand Opening celebration of an organization whose mission is to reduce child abuse, neglect and foster placements by empowering families and strengthening children. Please join me in celebrating hope for the children of Yamhill County.”
